I am an advanced technical consultant with decades of experience in the Unix industry and one of my areas of expertise is shell script programming, in fact, I am recognized as a leading expert on the topic of Korn Shell programming.  I am the author of most of the best known shell script function libraries such as "Shell Curses", "Shunix", and "frenchMenus".  Shell Curses is an emulation of the C-language "Curses" library, "Shunix" is a library of functions emulating the standard unix utilities, and "frenchMenus" is a menuing and data entry system based on "Shell Curses".  

I am also the author of many other function libraries and scripts far to numerous to list individually, but some of which you may be familiar are: kshEvents (Events Calendar), kshSchedule (Scheduling System), kshIndex (Web Site Management).  I am currently designing and building an automated configuration management database (CMDB) and audit compliance system built entirely in Korn Shell.

In addition to shell scripting, I also author many perl scripts as well, such as the Web based form generator called "DBIforms", which uses the Perl DBI module to interface with a variety of databases.
